Create and develop training plan / training curriculum

Create and identify Training Needs Analysis (TNA) per department or team

Monitor training activities to ensure they are relevant and effective.

Evaluate training activities implementation to ensure training effectiveness

Handle internship management
Male, bachelor degree in Education / HR Management / Psychology or related major from a leading university

Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of specialist training

Have a great knowledge about Training Need Analysis (TNA) and module development

Advanced to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Data driven

Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)
